Who is it for?

This course is for Team Supervisors, Team Leaders, Team Managers, or Project Managers who have to manage multicultural and geographically dispersed teams and may be working both in physical offices or remotely.
It is well suited to all managerial levels whether working in brands, retailers, vendors, manufacturers, logistics and other types of organisations across the supply chain.

There is no pre-requisite to join this course.
