Presenting the findings of our second survey taken by over 900 industry professionals in the fashion supply chain around the globe, and supported by 19 industry associations, the report provides insights on the state of skills and training trends in the industry to inform business and talent development strategies, while also reflecting on the impact of the COVID-19 unprecedented crisis upon those trends.

In MOTIF's 2020 State of Skills Survey, employee training and skills development remains top priority for business, with 90% of respondents describing it as very important or important, followed by sustainability practices (89%) and strategic sourcing (87%). Digitisation is also emerging as a key theme for 2020 [...].
