Eryn Gregory is the founder of ergodesign, inc., an apparel innovation consulting firm. Her career spans almost 30 years in the outdoor and active apparel industry, working for brands such as Nike, REI Coop, Columbia Sportswear and Puma, holding executive roles in the areas of Design, Development, Fit, 3D, Materials, and Sourcing. Eryn led the Virtual Prototyping Initiative at Columbia Sportswear, beginning in 2013, an experience that subsequently led her to dedicate much of her time to helping brands successfully navigate the 3D journey.

Idy Lee is SVP of the Li & Fung Digital Product Development Centre of Excellence responsible in leading and driving all operations for servicing the digital supply chain services in Product development. The fundamental vision is to facilitate a flexible digital platform that brings end-to-end connectivity across the value chain virtually and harnesses the power of data. Idy joined the Fung Group in 2004 as part of the Management Trainee Program. She has spent her first year rotating through various business units in both merchandising & operations roles and have worked closely with business leaders, merchandising teams, and customer teams on the Supply Chain & logistics landscape.

With a career spanning almost 30 years in technical design and product development with organisations such as M&S, Littlewoods, Shop Direct, C&A and Missguided, Jackie Lewis joined MOTIF in 2018 as Course Development Director. Jackie also brings her expertise to Alvanon clients as a consultant focusing on 3D, process efficiencies and sustainability. Jackie admits being a retailer at heart, with a passion for textiles, ethical sourcing and sustainability, and new technologies. She is an ardent advocate of professional development in the industry.
