Coca-Cola is one of the most collectible brands in the world, sharing its rich heritage with consumers through simple moments of joy for decades. In July, Coca-Cola and Tafi collaborated to create the brand’s first NFTs in The Coca-Cola Friendship Box. The collection captured Coca-Cola’s identity over three centuries with classic Coke assets reimagined for the metaverse. In this session, Ty Duperron and Cameron-James Wilson will discuss how they created the Coca-Cola Friendship Box NFT, which included 5 other NFTs, and the famous Coca-Cola Bubble Jacket Wearable that took the metaverse by storm. Cameron-James Wilson is a British fashion photographer and visual artist with over a decade of experience in the industry. Seeking inspiration in a new medium, Cameron began experimenting in 3D modeling and CGI, and created Shudu – the World’s First Digital Supermodel in 2017. He has since founded The Diigitals, the first all-digital modeling agency, created to demonstrate the potential of 3D fashion modeling and showcase its application for brands such as Balmain, Mercedes, Samsung and Christian Louboutin. As an industry leader, Cameron hopes to champion diversity in both the fashion and digital worlds and collaborate with creators from emerging economies and under-represented communities.

He has over 10 years of experience leading teams and studios in the video game industry, alongside an extensive background of over eight years in avatar content and systems with projects including Xbox, VR Chat, Tafi SDK, Daz 3D, Samsung, and Decentraland. He has a proven ability to lead projects for high-profile brands and has played an integral role in collaborations with the Coca-Cola Company, WB, major video game franchises, and sports leagues. Bringing that knowledge and experience to his latest role as Tafi’s COO, Ty has helped revolutionize custom avatar creation with one of the industry’s leading avatar engines.
